Warranty

7Artisans offers a one-year limited warranty on all products manufactured and sold by 7Artisans. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects that arise under normal use. It does not cover malfunctions or failures caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, power supply issues, failure to follow product instructions, acts of nature, or improper installation or repair by anyone other than 7Artisans or an authorized 7Artisans service provider. 7Artisans reserves the right to replace parts with new parts of equivalent function or with serviceable used parts.

One-Year Limited Warranty

If a product develops a defect under normal use within one year from the date of purchase, you may send it to us for repair, or we may ship replacement parts to you, depending on the condition of the defective part. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to us. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the repaired product or replacement device to the customer. Please contact us before sending any device in for warranty repair.

Out-of-Warranty Service

If your device develops a defect more than one year after the date of purchase, you may send your product to us for repair or replacement, depending on the condition of the defective device, after paying the shipping and service fees.
