7-Day Refund or Exchange

  1. You have 7 days from the date you receive the item to contact us and provide the shipping tracking number. If the item remains in your possession for more than 7 days, it will be considered used, and we will not issue a refund or exchange. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility.
  2. All returned items must be in their original packaging. You must provide us with the shipping tracking number, the specific reason for the return, and your PO number.
  3. Upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging (with all components and accessories included), we will refund your full winning bid amount after both buyer and seller cancel the transaction on Shopify. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a replacement.
  4. If the product(s) cannot be used even after following the guidance of our professional staff, we will bear all shipping costs.
