We allow consumers to apply for return (not applicable for sale or discounted items) or exchange within 7 working days after receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly without any notice.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and within 7 days, the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded if there is no any problem with the item itself.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@7artisans.com to get the return address.


Shipping
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
To return your product, you should mail your product to a specific location after confirming with us.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
